My dad started the Joey Song foundation for my brother who passed away in 2005. He had epilepsy his whole life and even though he was a sweet little boy, it took a toll on his life. Seizures were the scariest thing for me as a child and to witness my brother have them uncontrollably was terrifying. Nothing could be done as there is no cure to epilepsy it was something my dad wanted to make a change and help the other millions of families and children that are affected due to epilepsy. My dad has made remarkable changes ever since he created Joeys Song and I can’t wait to see what more he has in mind for the organization.
