Island Dolphin Care gives world class care to their resident dolphins daily all while providing therapeutic interactions to people of varying abilities. IDC utilizes the human-animal connection to bring joy to children and adults with disabilities including veterans with ptsd. The dolphins physical and mental wellbeing is at the heart of it all.

This organization changes lives: for foxes and people. I've been blessed to have watched Pawsitive Beginnings form from the inception of a wonderful idea all the way to what it is today. Each fox at this rescue was destined to be a fur coat for the elite, some of which having endured horrible abuse, and now reside at Pawsitive Beginnings living a life of luxury. The foxes have large enclosures, access to air conditioning and comfy beds, tailored diets, and a strong social structure with other foxes. I am an animal care professional and continue to be in awe of the work of this organization. Now it is expanding to bring joy to homeless children, people in shelters, and those who have fallen on hard times through the human-animal connection.
