Review for Gig Harbor Peninsula Historical Society, Gig Harbor, WA, USA
The museum is a real asset to the community giving locals and visitors a valuable resource of history.
I expected mostly maritime information but was happy to see exhibits on all local history including the natives, the explorers, the immigrants and their successors.
The Midway Schoolhouse is an excellent ingredient.
Permanent and temporary installations give good reasons to return again and again.
