I adore birds and when I heard of Feathered Friends I knew I wanted to volunteer and help! Everyone is so nice and I really feel that they are focused on caring for each and every bird. Each bird at the sanctuary has a story and Hilary and the team make sure that potential adopters are knowledgeable and confident with the breed and the particular bird before going home. I adopted a beautiful and friendly cockatoo from Feathered Friends, after 4 months of learning about cockatoos and this particular bird before adopting. There are so many birds that need homes. Thank goo For this place.
