The dogs my friends have received through Kent County Border Collie Rescue have been some of the best rescues that a person could want. Sarah and her crew are caring, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to the welfare and responsibility of a potential owner. All the dogs I’ve known that have come through KCBCR are just the best. My absolute favorite, a Border Collie mix named Ruby, is 11 and still the greatest.
