I started volunteering with 4Paws for Ability around six years ago when I retired, I served in many different rolls at their facility and eventually went on to foster three Service Dogs in Training so far and also have one of their breeders. It is very rewarding to know that you have played a roll in getting each of these dogs to the point of graduating and being placed with a child or veteran who so dearly needs the help and companionship of these highly and specially trained dogs to navigate daily life and aid them with medical disabilities. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a worthy cause to either volunteer for or donate to.
