Camp Yakety Yak is the best!!! Our son Theron is on the Autism spectrum so finding the right summer activities where he feels comfortable has been difficult. Last summer Theron’s OT recommended Camp Yakety Yak and were so happy she did (especially Theron)!! All the staff is so patient and kind to the kiddos and Theron was so excited to go back every day. Last year Theron went to two weeks of camp but this summer he’s requested to attend 3 weeks and he is so excited to go back. We also received a partial scholarship from The Autism Spectrum Disorders Foundation which has made sending Theron back to camp this summer so much easier and we are incredibly thankful. Camp Yakety Yak and all of the foundations they work with are truly helping all these special kiddos.
