Review for Save A Forgotten Equine, Redmond, WA, USA
Almost two years ago, one of my beloved horses passed away, and left behind a very lonely buddy. SAFE was able to match us up with a foster horse to be a companion to Mac. Fostering was a great option for us, and helped us through a very difficult time. When we lost Mac to age related issues, we brought in a second foster horse.
I've found the SAFE organization a very compassionate and caring group of folks. They truly put the needs of the horses first and they are committed to doing what's right for horses that are many times abused or abandoned. They are great folks who really make a difference.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
One of my foster horses was severely neglected before being surrended. The before and after photos are amazing. She needed an incredible amount of care to regain her health, but she is now very healthy and beautiful. She would not have survived without the help of SAFE.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
The one change I would make to SAFE would be to allow them to expand their facility so that they could provide care to more horses. Because of the economy, the need is greater than ever.
