My Nonprofit Reviews

I am currently in high school but still vividly remember the impact that this program had on me in elementary school. ATOU gives kids a sense of understanding of what others are going through, especially if they have special needs. Even a few minutes of experiencing blindness, using a wheelchair, or one effect of autism, leaves a lifelong impact on those who go through the program. In the following year, I am excited to get my community service high school club involved with helping younger students experience this program and I am grateful to ATOU for giving us this opportunity. Teaching kids these important lessons at a young age creates more mindful and respectful leaders of the next generation.
