Mary is great and was so helpful. We did adopt a beautiful calico cat 2 years ago from Mary. She did have some diarrhea and Mary was so helpful in helping us. My son loved this cat more than anything. The last couple of months she developed a “hot spot” and within the last 10 days she went downhill quickly. There is no test for it but they believe our cat may have had FIP which is a very serious disease in cats. Reading up on it, it’s very infectious when they are kittens and spread easily. It may not come out until your cat is 2 years old or a stressful event. To prevent this disease, cats need to be separated 2-3 a room with separate litter boxes and food/water. Not sure this is possible in Mary’s house and wanted to send this out so that others may be more aware. My son is devastated and I would want others with a kid to be aware and get a complete physical if they adopted from here.
