Our problem is how we were treated from the get go. My husband had pit yrs ago before we met. His wife left him with the kids and the dog started showing aggression . He gave the dog to a neighbor that had no small children. He was trying to do what was best for everyone. The dog was happier too! A dog got off the leash due to a defective clasp, and got hit by a car. So they won’t let us adopt a dog! I was devastated but it was an accident and we shouldn’t be denied the blessing of a dogs love. We picked the perfect dog for us and she would have been spoiled! We have a huge dog park in our place and walking trails, trips to the beach etc. We wouldn’t recommend this place as they’re judgmental . I hope owner doesn’t know what’s going on in this place . They turn away good homes without knowing the full story. The senior director wouldn’t respond back to me. I hope the dog I really wanted finds someone to love her as much as I did. So sad!
