I adopted Lacey, a wonderful 13 year old dog from Senior Dog Rescue of Oregon in December of 2020. The entire process was easy (as easy as it could be) and thoughtful. My adoption coordinator, Jenny, discussed multiple dogs with me and was candid about whether she thought they would or would not be a good fit for my family. Before I adopted Lacey, I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I knew her medical history and current health status and I knew that she did not ride well in cars.
I enjoyed Lacey's company for 3 years and 2 months before her passing in February of this year. I will definitely adopt from SDRO again. I have only praise for SDRO. They are fulfilling such a need in the community.
