As a Certified Health, Life, and Mental Health Coach and Public Speaker who specializes in food and body, I am so grateful for the Christ-centered ministry of FINDINGbalance as a resource to those who are suffering from eating disorders and disordered eating.

I have had a number of clients who have shared with me how FINDINGbalance has been helpful in their healing journey to food and body image struggles. Everything from The Daily Vitamin to their podcast and online courses has been a blessing to them.

They are a ministry that I fully support and even share on my resource list so that others may be able to be encouraged and educated from a Christ-centered approach to food and body.

As someone who has recovered from two eating disorders, I know that God often uses a number of people, ministries, and resources to aid and move one through the recovery process.
