Review for Educational Pathways International, Incline Village, NV, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I am Seth Afoakwa, currently in my second year at the University of Ghana, pursuing a BSc. in Medicine and BSc. in Surgery. As a beneficiary of the Educational Pathways International (EPI) scholarship program, I joined in the 2022/2023 academic year during my first year. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the financial support provided by EPI through the scholarship program. Your generosity has significantly lightened my financial burden, allowing me to pursue my academic and career aspirations with increased confidence.
EPI creates a supportive platform for beneficiaries to grow and gain confidence. The Program Director organizes general meetings each semester, offering valuable insights and knowledge essential for our transition into the professional world after graduation. These sessions cover diverse topics such as leadership, personal branding for employability, confidence-building, public speaking, and other pertinent subjects. Personally, I find the sessions on public speaking particularly beneficial, as they have helped me overcome challenges in that area, leading to noticeable improvement.
Upon completing my undergraduate studies, I plan to undertake my National Service and further advance my career in the healthcare sector. My ultimate goal is to become a paediatric neurosurgeon in Ghana, providing precise and effective treatment for children requiring brain or spine surgery.
Once again, I extend my deepest gratitude for the unwavering support from Educational Pathways International and the opportunity to pursue my educational and career goals. Being selected for this scholarship is a true honor, and I am dedicated to utilizing my knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.
I sincerely thank you for your invaluable contribution to my academic and professional journey.
