I completed a 21-day internship with Udayan Care under the guidance of Mr. Arun Kumar. Throughout the internship, I received excellent guidance and prompt assistance for any queries or clarifications I needed. The onboarding and offboarding processes were seamless. Despite our primarily office-based work, when we expressed interest in a field visit, our request was promptly accommodated, and we were sent to one of the Udayan Ghars the next day. Our mentor at Udayan ensured we gained a comprehensive understanding of the financial and operational aspects of an NGO, resulting in a significantly enriched learning experience compared to our peers. Overall, my internship experience with Udayan Care was exceptional!
