My internship experience at Udayan Care, as part of my management program at SPJIMR for our course on Development of corporate citizenship (DOCC), was truly enriching. It provided me with invaluable insights into the operational dynamics of an NGO, particularly from an administrative standpoint. Witnessing the organization's professional and efficient management was enlightening.
Throughout my tenure, I had the opportunity to delve into the financial aspects of Udayan Care, which significantly broadened my understanding. The application of concepts from various courses such as Legal Aspects of Business, Corporate Finance, and Financial Analysis proved instrumental in comprehending the organization's financial framework.
Additionally, my involvement in mentoring and educating children at Udayan Ghar was immensely rewarding. Interacting with eight remarkable children in a nurturing environment underscored the organization's commitment to providing them with holistic support and opportunities for personal development. Their resilience and optimism imparted profound life lessons, contributing significantly to the success of my project.
