I had a very very disappointing experience with Rock N' Rescue. I was cleared to adopt, and signed an adoption agreement and they canceled my adoption through a TXT! I had to call them and they would not even let me speak on the phone and just talked over me almost the whole time. I had to ask them a few times please let me speak and please don't interrupted or speak over me just because you're louder. That is not how you should treat someone trying to help and give one of the rescue puppies a forever home. I asked to meet the puppy once before taking home the same day and they said they don't allow "browsing"

Also they say adopters are not allowed to speak with fosters but they have fosters posting on FB asking people to please adopt puppies. The fosters are inviting adopters to meet at their house, then the shelter says it's against policy to talk to fosters. Why allow fosters to post on FB then? The foster and I spoke for a week she was sending me pictures, updates, answering my questions and inviting me over to meet the puppy. I will add an update soon.
