I have given a number of computers/ tablets/phones from my elderly parents that I wanted to ensure that their personal information was securely removed and that their devices were properly disposed of, in the most environmentally sound manner. In addition, I reached out to GiveIT GetIT to get a senior friend a desktop system so she may be connected to the internet (for accessing telemedicine appointments, legislative activities, public radio and tv programs, and community activities). GiveIT GetIT provided all the necessary components and technical help necessary to enhance my senior friend's engagement in the world. What a fantastic organization.
