What is there not to love about Save the Horses! I can’t just pick one animal or one thing that really stands out, I love them all! It is an honor to be able to feed, pet and care for these animals that don’t have a voice. From Jackson who everyone loves and who helps us clean the buckets every day, to the magical little dwarf horses who touch my heart with their adorable little faces. I love feeding Pear and Petunia the pigs, because well they are pigs and love to take a nap after a good meal under their blanket. I love coming through the gate and being greeted by Violet the mule, she has the best ears! The bonus to coming to the farm is the friendship of the other volunteers. So glad that i found this wonderful place.
