I have been sponsoring children (5 of them) for 20+ years - I am not happy lately, I log on to the website and NO CHILDREN are on it! Is my money even going to them? This is a disgrace. Several times over the years they would - without my permission - withdraw an extra amount for whatever they said it was for and i would not know until I saw it on my bank statement. Unacceptable. I would have to call them and warn them every time. Fix your issues or my money will go elsewhere.
