The Tandana Foundation provides a wonderful, hands-on experience, working with the indigenous communities outside Otavalo, Ecuador. Working alongside community members, planting fruit trees and vegetables, providing a sustainable food, gives one a fantastic feeling of accomplishment. I have now traveled with The Tandana Foundation twice to Ecuador and I have already started planning my next trip.
