In all my life, I never felt 'easy' in my own skin... like something was missing, or something was wrong with me. As I became an adult, I began searching and speaking with a lot of people about healing myself. They gave me tips and books to read and 'reasons' for how I was feeling. Nothing changed for me. I felt loss, unsupported and afraid that my life would remain as meaningless as I was feeling.
Then I walked into a bookstore and went over to the 'healing' section of books. I found the most wonderful book called 'The Way It Works'. Within those pages, I began to learn that everything can be changed, including my past emotions - and I could finally drop even my own excuses!
Slowly I worked with the techniques - then I watched the YouTube videos - then I read more of their books. My life feels SO MUCH EASIER. I also plan on contacting Clear Light Arts to schedule a personal session - soon!
For now I would like to just say THANK YOU for giving so much free information on your websites.
