Every service member separating from service needs to be informed about the services VTS provide. The OSHA 10 & 30 hour training along with the LSSGB certification classes are only the tip of the iceberg of services provided. The best information I received was how to translate my military experience into civilian language on my resume and while interviewing for positions. During the course, presentations and discussions about VA Disability claims, VA Home Loans and job opportunities that are available were very helpful. The staff and instructors goal is to help every veteran succeed in their employment search. Their professionalism and instruction are invaluable and will help any veteran to succeed once separated from the military. Thanks to Russell and Kathy for their commitment to serving veterans!
