I was very excited to take my granddaughter to the zoo that my great grandmother, my grandmother, mother , me, and my daughter all went to as children, for the first time today . 6 generations of my family have supported that zoo

At the gate when we went in, their man at the gate insisted that we could not bring the refill cups we were planning to use all day for water , into the zoo. I begged him ''please, she's a baby, She needs her drink''. He could not have cared less.

I am So dehydrated . Today was one of the worst days of my life. Thirsty all day . i cant believe they had the audacity to do this to my 70 year old mother and 5 year old granddaughter , but this ends our support for Sanford Zoo.

I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau in the morning.. We did not see one single water fountain there and as far as i know , that, and not allowing us to bring in our refill cups, is illegal.

This ends 6 generations of support for Sanford Zoo. Greedy scum. We wont be going back.
