While the efforts and the mission of the organization are good, I am not sure how the leadership works. I have contacted the organization many times for my donations and my problem never seems to get solved. Do they even have a working staff? Fear Allah. Hope they are not taking the money of the donors for their usage. I have been a loyal donor for a long time but now I am switching to another organization to donate to for the upcoming month of Ramadan. My experience with the organization overall is full of frustrations.
