I contacted Free2Luv organization after coming across their information at a training in which copies of the book "Express It!" were on display. The staff at Free2Luv were very responsive to all of my inquiries and quickly set up a free training for using Express It! Following the training they sent 100 free books for my agency for use with our clients. Express It! has been extremally helpful in sessions with clients who struggle with managing and expressing their emotions. Any tool we can utilize to assist our clients with improving their mental health are valuable resources.
