Dear Tim, Jodi, Ashley, Cheryl, and Brian,

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering dedication to Tee It Up for the Troops. Your commitment to providing outlets through golf and fellowship at the Reunion event is truly inspiring. The impact you've had on veterans, fostering healing for both visible and invisible wounds, is immeasurable. I've personally experienced the transformative atmosphere of the event, and I can attest to the profound sense of relief it brings. Your efforts make you the true heroes, and I'm thankful for the positive change you bring to the lives of those who have served. The relationships built at this event will last a lifetime!

Here is a brief testimony of my experience. 3-5 minutes, Mr. Tim, I promise.
When I first arrived, I was anxious and standoffish to some degree. My "battle buddy" had delayed flights, and I could feel my anxiety building. Tim and I spoke and took this photograph to send to Jennifer "Winkle" Tregarthen, who was our Combat Counselor in Iraq. After this photo, he introduced me to 1SG Frank Armenta.
TOP (Frank) brought me into his circle without hesitation and made me feel at home. Over the course of the event, I was able to let my guard down and meet a great bunch of folks that I know will be lifelong friends.

Listening to and participating in the group break out sessions was therapeutic, to say the least. I'm definitely going home with a lot lighter load than the one I carried into this event.
