The Borgen Project is a non-profit organization that gives students a platform interested in the political science field to work with members of different congressional districts and fundraise in poverty-reduction efforts.

Throughout this internship, I have gained thoughtful knowledge of the world around us, and how different pieces of legislation can help make an impact in order to reduce poverty. What a wonderful organization to be involved with, and I would highly recommend this internship to anyone interested in public policy and or politics.
