My name is Jack West and I’m a senior at University of Iowa. I was diagnosed August 2023 with a rare of form of testicular cancer, primary mediastinal germ cell with metastasis to my lymph nodes. The diagnosis was devastating mentally, physically and financially so I really appreciate the support TCAF provides. I just finished my last chemo and will get scans next month to check how things look.
I hope to someday be able to give back to organizations that have helped me get through this extremely difficult time.
