I will start by saying that I don't even know how this company found me but I got harassing emails so I decided to try it out. Upon starting the courses they were a complete joke. I asked to do a 5018 instead of a 501 and I was kicked out of the program for the non-profit. After that happened I asked for a full refund and was completely honest about what was going on. I still have not received a full refund and I still have not received what I paid for. This organization is a complete joke. Just got off the phone with the president's office and she was very very rude over the phone. Let's all be 100% honest these courses were a complete joke.
We regret any dissatisfaction, but it's important to clarify that the individual in question was not removed from our program without reason. Their intention to create the Order of Arditi (a militant organization) conflicted with our program's focus on ethical nonprofit organizations, as it involves war activities. Additionally, the claim of not receiving a refund is inaccurate. The individual in question received a full refund for the specific program where their activities conflicted with our ethical guidelines. However, they later sought an additional refund for a program completed a year prior, for which they had already received all the benefits, including a certificate. Despite this, they persistently contacted our staff, attempting to bully them into providing an unwarranted refund. Our team upheld our policies and declined the unjustified refund request, as the individual had already received the full value of the program they paid for.
