This organization is terrible to work with. Since changing from Accion to A4CB, their reviews have been absolutely terrible and they would realistically be at 1.9 star out of 5 star on Google since the change. I submitted my documents, there was an issue with inaccurate reporting on my credit report. Because of the inaccuracy, I paid $4,800 to pay off the one loan early although I had already been paying in advance on the loan. I was told the use of prior bank statements would not be an issue, then they changed their story and drug this out another 3 months. Now they are coming up with new excuses during the slow time of year for our business. The staff isn't nice, the first meeting seemed like a burden. I can't believe this is a non-profit.
