Our youth team is so appreciative of the Express It journals that were given to us by Free2Luv! Our weekly youth hangout space has youth ages 11-20 and these journals have allowed us to support them in a more emotional way than many other arts & crafts activities. Getting middle-high-school-aged youth to open up in our space and with each other is sometimes difficult but these journals really allow the youth to connect in a new way. These journals are so perfect and the prompts make it really easy for our staff to facilitate the journaling activities. Thank you Free2Luv for providing such a great tool!
