It's not trite to say a organization saved my life when it's true. BINC saved me from becoming homeless in California. After being sick for two weeks with a severe case of COVID19 and having to close my store during that time, and with no other income to help, this was a serious threat.
Another bookseller had told me about her positive experience with BINC, and I phoned. I was so worried and stressed out that I couldn't sleep and broke out sobbing on the phone to the BINC representative. They helped me to deal with my stress through free counseling and paid my rent and bills for a month to help me get back on my feet.
I can't tell you how much this means and how incredibly helpful this assistance is. BINC has changed my life from tragic to wonderful in just one day. Thank you BINC, from the bottom of my heart and the top of my mind. BINC is now on my donation list as a worthy cause helping folks like me when we are in dire need.
I had my first good night's sleep in months and woke up with hope for better days ahead. Thank you SO VERY MUCH, I am deeply grateful and won't ever forget your generosity during my time of scarcity.
