My husband and I recently made the difficult decision to rehome our parrot to a rescue as we are both in our 70’s and no longer able to care for him as we once were. We reached out to multiple rescues looking for the perfect place and decided Feathered Friends was the perfect option. We corresponded with Danielle several times and were greeted with professionalism and compassion, as she understood the difficulty in this decision. She explained her process in depth, provided us with pictures and answered every single question we threw her way. We felt an instant connection with her and felt a comfortability with placing our parrot with her. It is obvious she cares about the welfare of every parrot in her care. We felt it was important to share our experience with the world because Feathered Friends deserves this recognition. Thank you, Danielle and the entire rescue staff for doing what you do with the love and dedication that you possess!
