I have not found this not a helping organization, but they help themselves to alot of donations and very little seems to give back to all local communities, that need the help, unless you live in Carmel and agree to do a review for them, as they asked me to do. They have had animals taken away from their owners, at whim. Talking to them multiple times on phone and emails from the supposed "Veterinary Doctor" (Military) in charge and the person answering phones, consistently I found rude, condescending and bullying.
