Active Minds has been an integral part of my college experience, as the community that Active Minds creates through their chapters and national events such as Send Silence Packing is so impactful and important for those struggling with mental health and advocates. With the resources they offer being accessible to all students across the globe, it's evident that their efforts to open conversations about mental health help many young adults. The organization stands as a pillar for what the future of mental health for younger generations can look like, and inspires me and millions of other to end the stigma surrounding mental health.
