Active Minds has done so much for youth and young adults who are currently struggling with their mental health journeys. What most people do not know is that suicide is the leading cause of death for youth and Active Minds is helping combat that. By providing ample resources and creating chapter networks, Active Minds has been leading the way in destigmatizing mental health. I truly admire the work they are doing.
