Encore truly means it when they say they produce "theatre for kids, by kids." Kids are as involved in every aspect of a production as possible from the stage to the front of house crew. Along with opportunities to be on crew and act there are young designers assisting with sets and costumes. Their no set fee to participate in a production also breaks down financial barriers.
