I would give them zero stars if I could. As I called for help, I was greeted like this: "You must understand that you cannot stay at our shelter forever". In 2 months they just threw me out. My case manager did absolutely nothing to find me a place to stay. He would not even tell me if I were qualified for any of their re-housing programs. Every time I asked him a question, he would tell me "I am working on it" ... I was begging for a meeting with a housing program supervisor, but she would not spare 15 minutes of her time to meet with me...Now I am wondering who is writing those positive reviews? And why I do not see that many negative ones? Probably, because women who they threw out with no money and no housing plan, do not have access to the internet. So, they cannot leave a review.
