I would give this place less than one star if possible. The Devoted Barn is nothing more than a hoarding situation. Millions of dollars brought in over the last 10 years and the animals live in squalor. Some of the dogs have been in homes yet Melissa Zudweg Borden, the "manager" of TDB, claims they are "feral." The Devoted Barn operates under the non profit status of Devoted Friends Animal Society. The BOD of DFAS has done nothing to remove this woman. They are just as guilty of the neglect and abuse of donated money.
