Looking back on a lot of things that has happened in my life, I’ve come to the realization, that even when you don’t think you need help, somehow you will need it, if the dynamics seem to shift. Im the mother of three. My youngest was brutally murdered November 9, 2015. Since then its been unbearable to catch a break and provide stability. When it comes to assistance however, by far is very few to choose from. However, with the assistance from alliance, the hotel that I’ve resided in with me and my daughter for the past 6 months was covered for a two week period. Being that my situation is unique regarding finding a home, they have actively provided information to assist in the next steps. Even though the suggestions have given me the run around and has frustrated me anymore, at least the assistance from the Alliance was direct, and if they were able to receive more assistance, they may be able top reach out to more and provide the real assistance that other organizations lack. Again, its so many different avenues of assistance, especially with my youngest daughter being hearing impaired, in this day and time, most are frauds and do not know how to interact with the people that come for assistance. I’ve recently had my car stolen from me and Im devastated more than anyone can ever imagine. However, alliance has associates like Brittany who can only work within their means but she really does try, and that’s the most anyone can ask for. Her encouraging reads and the voice of wanting to help at least brighten my spirits to continue to push forward. I thank the alliance for their assistance, and I thank you all for listening to my opinion
