My first experience with Rock to Recovery was when we hired them to do groups at my treatment center Balboa Horizons over 10 years ago. We had them do a women's group and a separate group for the men. The healing and shifts that happened for our clients was so powerful and effective. families and clients were very grateful. I still run into alumni that share about how impactful that group was on them.
With that said, I have since been honored to serve on the board for many years now. This isn't the first board i have served on so I feel qualified to say that I am very impressed with the integrity and mission of the board and the members that I get to serve with. I hold in high esteem - Wes Geer the founder and President and have tremendous respect for the principles and values that he governs the board with. This is a profound non-profit.
