Rikki’s (Life Unlimited of VA) is my heaven on earth.
Enter thru the gates and you can feel the love and peacefulness.
Everyone at Rikki’s has HEART— especially Kerry Hilliard. They care so much about each and every animal!
Kerry has devoted her life to this sanctuary and the animals surely know how much she cares.

Any animal that ends up at Rikki’s will be loved for life.

Rikki's Refuge (Life Unlimited of Virginia) will always be my idea of heaven on earth---even though I've now moved away from the area. I keep up with what's happening at the Refuge thru facebook and newsletters and can say that things have only gotten better and better over the years!!

Rikki's takes in all homeless, unwanted, unloved, abandoned animals of all types----and gives them love and a home for life. Staff (and especially Kerry!!!!) go above and beyond to make each animal feel special and loved!! They work tirelessly -- in all kinds of weather---dealing with multiple issues of every type---and live on a shoestring---just to provide a better life than any of these animals have ever known.

Rikki's staff educates the public and does so much more!!! I can't say enough about this sanctuary!!! If I was an animal in need of a home, I would be honoured and consider myself very lucky to end up at Rikki's Refuge!!

Kerry deserves special recognition and a special reward for making her life ALL about the animals!
