I am Neoasv Noblette. I am a general Practitioner living and working in Haïti. Today it is a privilege for me to talk about my experiences within the Haitelmex foundation, which has worked since 2007. It is a non-profit foundation, which works in North America, Latin America and the Caribbean. I participate in meetings as a professional, who brings a lot of change and knowledge, this gives me the opportunity to provide my support and to better understand others. My capacity as a leader increases. This makes me want to work more with people in my community. This has helped me a lot. Thank you.
