Review for The Jazz Gallery, New York, NY, USA
My husband and I have been going to the Jazz Gallery for years and became members a couple of years ago. In addition to offering a nurturing environment for artists, the JG provides a sense of community for listeners who love jazz and who rely on live performance for restoration of the spirit and senses. It's intimate, welcoming, free of distraction and attracts interesting people across the spectrum of age, class, race and culture. The entry price is affordable enough to warrant frequent visits and members enjoy additional benefits, including an annual holiday party. The JG is a rare GEM and a tremendous asset to NYC.
