My husband passed away on December 3, 2022. I am attending the Spouse Bereavement Support Group at Hope Floats, Kingston, MA on Thursday mornings. It is facilitated by two women (Lily & Gail) that have lost their spouses and they are both incredible. They provide encouragement, make you feel cared for & heard and they help sort out the feelings we all experience during our grief. Grief can be very lonely and isolating and we have been made to feel welcome and part of a caring group of people that help support each other. We speak to and listen to others having the same experiences and learn from each other & the facilitators. It's a small group of 5 participants and they're all equally wonderful, caring and supportive. I highly recommend this to any one that has lost a spouse/partner.
