Review for National Humane Education Society, Charles Town, WV, USA

We are grateful for BAACS. Over the years we have been fortunate enough to adopt these four wonderful family members. The adoption counselors were helpful and patient in finding a perfect match for our family with each cat or dog that we brought home.
