I’ve been proud to serve on the Board of Directors since 2019. We are fortunate to have donors who believe in supporting small, locally lead projects in parts of the world that don’t get the attention or focus that larger projects and organizations attract. But local organizations are able to run tailored programs for people and meet their needs in areas like education, skills training, light infrastructure, and etc. that make a difference for those who receive services or trainings in a way larger organizations cannot (and should not) do - it’s really a different way to help improve the living conditions of people in neighborhoods around the world.
