The location in Parkville, Maryland is a joke and need to be shut down. I went to them for eviction help spoke with Ms Motley, she told me they are not able to help because I don’t have income coming in to cover my monthly bills. Which does not make any sense when you’re 2 weeks away from losing your place. My question is, if I had income coming in, why would I even need your help? Make it make sense! That was the dumbest thing I ever heard

Selling false dreams, They just like the department of social services, will ask you for all these documents, make you wait for days just to say they can't help you!
So disappointing
