Denkai Animal Sanctuary has been a significant influence in animal rescue and welfare for many years. Our family has been involved with the activities of this rescue since 2013. The founder, Floss Blackburn, has provided opportunities not only for the care of animals; but community members too. Providing job's, and a resource for preparing are youth with productive life skills. The founder and volunteers have at times put themselves at risk for the sake of animal welfare. This organization goes above and beyond to educate people about the care of animals; by working along side other community businesses that support animal ownership, products, and medical care. The list of outreach by this organization goes on and on. I'm proud to be associated with this organization.
